first a seam fill on the tank
then a baseball was mounted into the tank and
a 3D flame was hand sculpted into the front fender after the fender was turned
around an cropped
this is done with a white flame shot over a
Nightmare Blue fade to a metallic Teal base coat -
then the flames are shot with a pearl white -
Pearlized Teal- Nightmare Blue - Chameleon Opal - hand painted with a
Prismatic
Metal flake - then more Candy Deep Blue and Pearlized Teal
then the whole thing is overshot with 15 coats of a 3 part
Polyurethane clear coat
the neck covers and side panels painted to match
custom Speedometer done with the same pattern - and a commemorative pin set was
inset into the speedo housing and tank
custom lights and turn signals mounted into the fender struts and sissy bar
